The Brief: To replace existing flood damaged floor with new rubber floor tiles
The Problems: Excessive damp, asbestos presence and height issues.
The Solutions: De-humidifiers were placed beforehand and a damp proof membrane applied. An approved asbestos removal company brought in to dispose of the asbestos. Sufficient layers of smoothing and levelling compound applied to build up the floor level before the new flooring was installed.
