Key points
- Client: Preparatory School in North London.
- Brief: Following a major flood, the wood floor, underlay and sub floor had to be lifted and removed from site and a new floor installed within a 5 day period to enable the classroom to be used.
- Completion: A liquid epoxide high performance waterproof membrane was installed on the surface of the concrete sub floor to suppress the moisture. An engineered Oak stripwood floor was installed well within the allotted time.
