Brief: To replace aged floor coverings with modern design floor covering in Entrance Lobby, floors and stairway.
Problem: Cracks appeared within the sub floor caused by underground railway. Sub floor strength was in question.
Solution: Firstly the existing floor coverings were removed, the sub floors prepared to include expansion joints to allow for movement, Amtico luxury vinyl tiles were installed to ground floor including entrance and a broadloom design carpet was installed to the floors and stairway.
The Amtico floor Checkerboard diamond effect with border was scaled out and designed by our in house Contract Designer Harita.
